Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery times occasional delays may occur due to:
High order volume during drops
Carrier delays
Weather or other unforeseen circumstances
Broken is not responsible for carrier delays once your package has shipped but we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost contact us at brokenheartssinc@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to find a solution.
Broken is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.
Wrong Address
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. Broken is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you entered the wrong address contact us immediately at brokenheartssinc@gmail.com — if your order hasn't shipped yet we can update it.
