Refund policy
At Broken we take pride in every piece we release. Each hoodie is a limited, carefully crafted product and we want you to feel confident in every order you place with us.
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return your item must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In the same condition you received it
With all original tags still attached
To start a return email us at brokenheartssinc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product email us at brokenheartssinc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right immediately.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
